Gaffer tape is a high quality vinyl-impregnated cloth with a non-reflective matte finish and excellent adhesion, clean removal (beware of imports), abrasion and water resistance. Gaffer tape is more supple and conformable than duct tape and is used by film crews for shoots, stage sets, and at conventions for securing wires, cables and props.
